1^st/2^nd line ICT Technician – (Leatherhead) * URGENT *

Initial 3 month contract – £100 to £105 per day PAYE (plus mileage allowance).

Our client, a leading Independent Schools Group are looking for an experienced 1^st / 2^nd line ICT Support Technician to provide day-to-day support for the staff and students at four of their school sites.

All sites are within a few miles of each other.

 

As the ICT Technician, you will manage the day-to-day support activities across the four schools (below), as agreed by the IT Network Manager or Service Delivery Manager.

You will also be required to liaise with the School staff and ICT Service Desk to identify, prioritise and resolve all ICT support and service requests.

 

The role is primarily based in Leatherhead with visits to the other school sites, if and when required.

 

 

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience supporting IT within a school or college and be able to drive, with access to a car or motorbike.

 

Technical skills include :

· Windows Server 2008 / 2012 r2 (Administration)

· Active Directory and Group Policy

· Windows 7 / 8 / 10

· MS Office 7 / 10 / 13 / 365 / suites

 

 

 

Desirable skills include :

 

· LAN / WAN / VLAN / Wireless / DNS / DHCP

· SIMS Administration
