dapaulio Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Looking for cost effective products that can be used for recording voice files It is to be used in languages speaking exam and thought using the native voice recorder within windows to achieve this. Sound recorded has to be good quality, with maybe surround noise cancelling. Looking for suggestion on a good quality but not breaking the bank style microphone. Happy to take Alternative suggestions also if you have experience of a better solution Thanks Paul
caffrey Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 We use something similar to the Sony ICD-PX370 (We use an older model)
Rob_D Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Our MFL department uses the Easi-Speak microphones. Never heard any complaints about them. https://www.tts-group.co.uk/easi-speak-microphone-mp3/1003988.html
SamanthaD Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 We always used to use the Voice Recorder app on an iPod touch. Simple enough and the quality was pretty good, though we usually had to top and tail the files for them.
dapaulio Posted March 15, 2018 Author Posted March 15, 2018 It transpired that I had already put a solution in place this time last year but the teacher in question had put it in the drawer for some reason and forgotten about it. I had bought one of these which she seemed extremely pleased about when I demonstrated how it works. http://www.inta-audio.com/clearance-c234/trust-usb-desktop-microphone-with-3-5mm-mini-jack-b-stock-p10976/s10983?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=trust-usb-desktop-microphone-with-3-5mm-mini-jack-b-stock-cs29336-bs&utm_campaign=product%2Blisting%2Bads&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI79CR_YHu2QIVGcayCh2cVAKPEAQYASABEgLYvPD_BwE
