Trying to install High Sierra - Permission Denied

Hello,

 

Im trying to install High Sierra which has worked on 10 macs but the last one is causing a problem. It keeps saying "The operation couldn't be completed. Permission denied" Im using the same administrator account which has worked on the last 10. Can anyone please help?

Best bet is to do a net reboot and reinstall fresh if you have an image.

 

Else;

 

Start up from the built-in macOS Recovery system.

Or use Option-Command-R

or

Shift-Option-Command-R to start up from macOS Recovery over the Internet.

macOS Recovery installs different versions of macOS, depending on the key combination you use while starting up
