[ipad] Apple TV - Screen mirroring, screen size is small

Has anyone found this? We are using an AppleTV connected to a projector, the Apple tv displays full screen until you go into screen sharing on the ipad, and then it shrinks to much smaller than the full size of the screen. I appreciate the dimensions on ipad are smaller but it's not even using the full width or full height.

 

Is there anyone to adjust this? I know in Air Server you could remove the 'frame', is this a similiar issue?

Hi,

 

I have come across this in our theatre setup. Staff were connecting to the Apple TV before turning on our Denon Amplifier, disconnecting from the Apple TV fixed the issue.

 

But also check (on a Mac) System Preferences>Display

 

Resolution is default for display

 

Check Arrangement might have to separate the two displays and lower the resolution for the display.
