One of the schools in my MAT has two IT positions up for grabs

The school has recently been rated good by Ofsted. You'll be part of a team of three in the school and overall, a team of twelve across the entire MAT. The school itself is an all-through school with a primary and a secondary to look after. There are around 1700 students and 200 staff on roll with a computer estate of around 600-700 including tablets.

To answer a question I received in a PM (and replied to!), both post holders will be based primarily at the Secondary school in Downham near Bromley. You will also be expected to spend some time at the academy’s primary school. They currently spend around two to three half-days per week there.

 

In emergencies, you may be asked to go to one of the other schools in the MAT to provide cover but this will happen rarely. In the 18 months I’ve been working for the MAT, it hasn’t happened once. The ITSM will need to go to meetings hosted at the other sites too, this happens on average once every half term.
