Issue with Lightbot 2

I know, I know, I wish Flash would just die too, but it won't...

 

I've got a specific room in which Lightbot will not work reliably. It starts, and appears to load, but the credits appear on the RHS of the screen and then nothing happens if you click on it. I've tried 3 online versions, a standalone player running a link to an online version and also running a download of the SWF file. I've even created a standalone .exe projector of it and it behaves the same.

 

I don't get it. Nothing is being blocked online, it's not the hardware because I have identical hardware elsewhere and it works fine, there are no additional group policies and I've even tried removing some machines from the specific OU and trying again and it still doesn't work reliably.

 

I've tried wiping all profiles from the machines and it doesn't work reliably - I can log in as a domain admin and it won't run, then I can log in as a student and it will run. I can then log in as a different student and it won't run, all on the same machine.

 

I suspect it to be related to windows 10 as my last remaining windows 7 laptop suite runs it reliably without issue, but I can't identify what the problem is because it won't even run in an exe projector.

 

It's doing my swede in now and I've got a grumpy ICT teacher.
