neonetman Posted February 19, 2018 Posted February 19, 2018 I've just replaced our SSL certificate for Exchange with a certificate from another provider. I've added and applied the certificae in Exchange EAC, and added the intermediate certificate in the Certificates MMC snapin and restarted IIS. Since then, clients are getting a message saying they are using a certificate they have not chosen to trust and cannot connect to the server. I'm not sure what I've missed on this, however I need to resolve it this week as the old certificate only has a week left to run. Can anyone help please? Cheers
Marci Posted February 19, 2018 Posted February 19, 2018 (edited) Sounds like the root cert for your "another provider" CA needs pushing out to clients' Root CA Trust Store...? Is the new provider in the list at https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/51151.microsoft-trusted-root-certificate-program-participants-as-of-january-30-2018.aspx ?
