We're recruiting 2 new people to join our service desk team:

 

Service Desk Specialist x2 | Jobs | Imperial College London

 

Service Desk is the first point of call for our users - they can contact it either by phone, email, web form or personal visit. It's quite a busy team so this isn't a job for someone who likes to spend their day just drinking tea :-)

 

If you're interested in working in IT support in a major university then this may be for you and it will be a chance to develop your skills, providing first line support for our 20,000+ users.
