[ms office - 2013] Not Showing Spreadsheet Already Open

Hi

 

We have started getting a few issues where if a staff member has an Excel sheet open, and someone else opens it, it doesn't open it in Read only mode.

 

It allows them to open it fully, its only when they come to save does it say someone else already has it open.

 

Its definitely the same file path.

 

Any ideas?
