Any Centos 'Experts' Out there?

I have an idea which would involve using centos7 as a web server, but having issues with permissions, Will explain more in PM...

Just need a little guidance, Anyone able to give it a shot?

I personally would use a virtual hosting platform to help with perms. We use virtualmin which is gpl but as an edu you can get a very cheap cpanel instance
