Accept Google T&C's on behalf of pupils

Is there a way to prevent pupils being asked to accept the terms and conditions when they log in to Google for the first time? And specifically WRT Chromebooks, the same thing for accessing the android store?

 

I had assumed that the school would be able to accept on behalf of the student, given that they're too young to give valid consent themselves.

Having read that link it's worse than I thought - I've set them to delete user data at logoff. Looks like they'll be asked for android permissions every time - which takes several minutes.

 

Looks like i might need to set them up to run in public session mode.

Up against the same thing and not found a way around it yet. Really annoying and makes android apps almost unusable for us.
