shivanerd Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 I have a HP Laserjet Pro 500 MFP in the Headteacher's office that when printing powerpoint handouts in duplex all the even pages print the slides all scrambled, now I don't mean upside down or garbled text, I mean that the text and images in each slide seem to be chopped in half and inverted line by line. If I print to any of the other MFP's it works fine but that is not a long term solution. Has anyone come across this and maybe have a fix?
HTCPCP Posted February 12, 2018 Posted February 12, 2018 Have you tried a different machine printing to that printer? Have you got the latest driver in that machine? How is the heads printer connected up - Is it USB, Wired or wireless? - Have you tried a different connection - e.g. if its connected through Wi-Fi try it through a wired connection etc Try printing out a test page - does that similarly come up with a garbled output?
Fazza Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 Sounds like a communications issue so try a different driver. If you're using a PCL6 driver for example, try using a PCL5 driver if they have one available on HPs website.
DalekSec Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 Have you tried exporting it as a PDF and then printing the PDF?
