jdsa Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Sort of... If you go to Tools > InTouch > Message Type Defaults Setup then click Search you can set up auto-forwarding for specific message types. We have it set up so that General Message replies get sent to our school admin email, and Attendance replies get sent to our Attendance Officer's school email. 1

Flaming8 Posted April 17, 2018 Posted April 17, 2018 Hi Quatermass. Did Capita provide an answer on this one? We're currently synchronizing groups from SIMS into Outlook simply because there is no option to reply to sender, which is a faff. Cheers
