Dreamweaver 8 on Windows 7 64bit

I've recently deployed Dreamweaver 8, followed by teh 8.02 patch onto our PCs. Whilst the software runs fine when logged in as an administrator, the windo never opens when starting as a standard user.

 

I've googled around a bit, and see lots of refernces to the 8.02 patch, but can't find any other causes. has anyone else had/no of this isseu, and how to resolve it

The main issue I found when looking at older versions of Dreamweaver on Windows 7 was that UAC was getting in the way. How is yours configured?
