Appointment booking

Hi,

 

Not sure if this is in the right place, but its kind of related.

 

I am looking to try and streamline some of our interactions with users, the problem we have at the moment is that we are constantly going backwards and forwards trying to organise an appointment with users.

 

First off users don't use there outlook calendar very well, so thats a no go.

 

I was wondering if there is a system out there that would do the following

 

1. Look at my outlook calendar (and the teams), select only the appointments that are set as 'User Support' for example

2. Supply a URL for each member of the team to share to their available appointments

3. Allow Users to book one of those appointments

 

We use office 365, I was wondering if this could be done through Sharepoint maybe?
