Canon iR-ADV C5560

We have a couple of Canon iR-ADV C5560 photocopiers, i would like to set them up to auth with AD which doesn't look too difficult but i would like to also see accounting of how much users have printed.

 

Does anyone know if these can handle it without extra software/hardware?

Out of the Box I dont think you can, they need something in the middle, Like Papercut or Uniflow,

We Use Papercut MF

papercut do a Free 5 Licence, papercut NG

They also do some free software called Print Logger, (https://www.papercut.com/products/free-software/print-logger/)

I have not used Print logger but it looks quite good for just pulling information.
