Google Sites showing incorrect time for Drive documents

Another time related one from me, but I don't think there's a link between the cause of my issues...

 

Our school website is run using Google Sites. On a number of pages I use the "Drive Folder Gadget" to display document which we host in our Google Drive. The idea of that is that people can update information on the website without needing to know anything about how to edit the website - they just upload the latest version of the document to the relevant folder.

 

In Drive and Filestream, the time shows correctly. The other references to time on the website (embedded calendar) show "Time Zone: London". In the Google Suite Admin console, I have the time zone set to (GMT+0:00) London. Viewed through the website, the time stamp is eight hours behind. I see the same issue whether viewed through a domain client, my phone or at home.

 

Any ideas?
