Any forefront experts please? https site access issues

Greetings,

 

For some reason I have lost the ability to access certain https websites that were previously available. Looking through the forefront log i see two result codes.

 

0x0 SUCCESS at least 3 or 4 times followed by 0xc0040038 FWX_E_TCP_NO_SERVER_REPLY. A connection was closed because no syn/ack reply was received by the server.

I also have a software package that automatically gets an enabler key from the internet via https which has also started erroring saying it cant connect to the enabler server. I can however access other https sites with no problem whatsoever.

I know the servers are there and working in both instances as I can access them from my home pc so there must be a mis-config in my firewall or another issue with it. I have checked to see if any updates were installed near the time it stopped accessing but there were none, nor were there any config changes. I have rebooted the server to no effect.

 

Please could someone assist in helping me find the solution.
