Buying Dell Laptop for personal use

I want to buy a Dell Laptop for my father and am used to getting great Edu discounts for the ones I buy for work, but would rather buy a UK one for him so I can get the local accidental damage cover included.

 

Do we have any partners or sponsors here that would facilitate an educational price for a personal purchase?

Why not add it to his home insurance?

Have you asked your reseller ? I know its bad practice but sometimes they buy on the back of other orders.
