DELL Vostro 3550 black screen with Windows 10

Hello,

 

I have a Dell Vostro 3550 and its started to have a black desktop and I cant fix it.

 

Running Windows 10 64

 

Have updated the Bios, Chipset and Graphics drivers.

 

The laptop is running and I can launch applications through Task Manager.
