HAP+ "The given key was not present in the directory"

Hi I was wondering if anyone would be able to provide any help with this issue. When any of our users click on My Files now they are greeted with a 10 or so error warnings which gradually disappear saying that "The given key was not present in the directory". I have looked into this for a bit today and have made sure the hapconfig.xml has uppercase drive letters which I have seen as a possible cause for the problem in other threads. I am not quite sure what else I could look at.

Check there aren't two drives with the same letter. Also check the language files have been updated.

I have the same issues, what do you mean by update the language files?
