Renewed wildcard certificate from 123 Reg

Morning all

 

I've just gone through the renew wildcard certificate procedure with 123reg and have downloaded my new certificate in the usual format

lotsofletters

-----END CERTIFICATE-----

 

I see they now use Starfield instead of GlobalSign but I have Starfield listed as a trusted root and an Intermediate CA

 

However when I install the new certificate into IIS 8.5 (windows 2012 r2) it installs fine, shows in mmc, Certificates, Personal, Certificates but disappears from view in IIS, Server name, Server Certificates

 

I'm pretty sure I hit this once before but for the life of me I can't remember what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas? What I have noticed is the new cert doesn't have a private key which I suspect is part of the problem but I just hit the renew button in 123reg cPanel and followed the domain verification tests...

 

Oh and no pressure, but the existing cert expires at midnight Saturday (yes I know...)
