ITGURU Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 I've had a RemoteAPP server deployed for a number of years, no changes been made at all to it. Today, I get an email from an off-site user saying that they are unable to access any apps, the user can log in, but as soon as launch an app they get 'can not connect to the remote computer because the remote desktop gateway server is unavailable, please try again later" thinking it's just a glitch I reboot the server , wait for all to initialise and get them to try again - same issue (but had been able to access yesterday with no issues) So I try it on the internal network clients (where the server is hosted) - same issue same error I test it directly on the RDS server - on launching the app I get prompted for credentials, try logging in but credentials are rejected so cannot get any further. So, I then test it from home - works perfect I then test on a laptop through my phones tethered 4g connection - works fine. Anyone know whats going on here when it was working fine yesterday, why would it work externally for me but not others? I've even restored the VM to 2 days ago and getting the same error!

strawberry Posted November 24, 2017 Posted November 24, 2017 can you ping the server? Is the time right on the server?
ITGURU Posted November 24, 2017 Author Posted November 24, 2017 can you ping the server? Is the time right on the server? I can as it is accessible to login and view all the apps. Time is sync'd.
