I would like to purchae video camcorder for exams that records directly into MP4 format.

Please post me any camera that can record into MP4 video formats. My budget is between £100- 200

We have a Panasonic HC-VC770 which is not in that budget but can record to MP4. There is the HC-V160 - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00S9BD0X6/ref=psdc_355228011_t4_B00S9BDALS - which is in budget and appears to also record in MP4 (according to the official spec sheet on the Panasonic site).
