ProDesktop error

Hi all,

 

We're currently receiving an error in ProDesktop when selecting Assembly > Add Component... The error is "The command has been aborted". There are articles both online and on here stating this error but nothing that has resolved it for us. It sounds like a permissions issue, as when I create a folder on the C drive and place the files there ProDesktopp can assemble the parts fine. However when trying to assemble files from the user's Homedrive it fails. Running the software initially as an administrator doesn't work either (this method fixes an error you sometime get when trying to extrude a file)

 

I would really appreciate any help and advice you may have.
