Chrome strange issues

Hello all,

 

We are having some issues with Chrome which are driving me mad.

 

If a user does not log in to Chrome then all is well with the world - great.

 

 

If a user logs in to Chrome (i.e. by clicking on the person in the top right) then when they close Chrome they are logged out and have to log in again to the browser.

If you use a non GAfE managed account however the account stays logged in - I have searched high and low in the Admin console but cannot for the life of me work out where to change this - Any pointers would be apprecaited.

Also, whilst logged into Chrome right click copy and paste doesn't work. Ctrl C and Ctrl V does. Both of these are issues for our head and she is pushing for a resolution.

Any suggestions and pointers are appreciated!

It almost certainly seems like it must be linked to the logged in user. I know there is an option to turn off Copy & Paste but I don't have access to login at the moment, Chrome logging out could be something to do with Ephemeral Mode: https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/3538894?hl=en

Yeap, caused by Ephemeral Mode! Thanks for the pointer. That seems to have resolved both issues!
