The world has been pre-generated out to 4000 blocks to reduce lag.

As always, to be whitelisted on the server, please visit your Profile on the site and add you Minecraft username to the field there.

The server updates the whitelist every 6 hours. It can also be updated manually if you PM me and I'm around to do it.

Will join after I've got back from leader duties at cub camp and I've installed my birthday present to myself. Asus 1080 strix.

Got some basic stuff up and running now after playing yesterday. Just short of some blaze powder for the next bit of immersive engineering

 

I'm going to be constructing a waystone network at some point. Does anyone want to help build it?

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea - there's no fast flying, unless you do the full Draconic Evolution stuff...

So bugs, as posted on discord:

 

• When I went into the twilight forest journeymap got 'stuck' in that dimennsion.
  
• When I went to the mining dimension, my portal spawned near bedrock so I had to dig my way up to the surface.

So i found that i have no idea how to make the journal for the astral sorcery mod as you need a certain crafting table which has no recipe and is explained only in the journal -_-

JEI is incorrect. It isn't showing you what you need to do to get started. Follow this video guide instead, I have and I have a working starter setup.

sounds good trying to make a fallout vault in the abssalcraft area

Astral Sorcery is turning out to be a really cool mod once you get over the initial hurdles (finding shrines, finding a crystal shrine, setting up a crafting location with enough starlight). I posted some pictures of the stargazing I did over on discord.

I also have a waystone at my base now.

Found out the marble i want to use is stupidly rare to find and the best way is to use the digi miner from mekanisim. -_- great so cant base build until then

marble made with chisel also counts. Failing that, I know where some shrines are.

its quark marble the astral and chisel ones are really common but the quark one is the only one that can be made into unrefined stairs and walls
