speckytecky Posted October 26, 2017 Posted October 26, 2017 Having supported the National Lottery for a major number of years I've been happy to part with my pound or so in the knowledge that there's been a kick back into grassroots and development sports funding. Recently I've seen an academy status school receive National Lottery support to fund the refurbishment of its flat roof - I can't get my head around that and it doesn't feel to me to be using the Community Benefits arm of the National Lottery for what it was intended?

Could the academy building be heavily used out of hours for community benefit?
