DalekSec Posted October 12, 2017 Posted October 12, 2017 Currently tearing my hair out with installing this software, the support people have been close to useless after i explain something in detail and they come back saying to do something I've already done. Or to speak with the system administrator I AM THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The problem i have is the license when installing via my admin account is not there when i log in with the student account. To install the license i have to run a .bat file before i install the main software, which i have done and then it appears under the license, but when i log into the same PC as our student test user there is no license. Anyone using this software?
