•To provide an effective and timely proactive user support service,

•To develop operational system solutions to support business systems, desktop systems, network and infrastructure to agreed service levels,

•To deliver training and produce materials for staff at all stages of development, including classroom support for teachers.

 

In addition the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills and will be technically competent with at least 4 years experience within the industry.
