Call divert issue

Hi, we have a bit of a dilemma, we are wanting to divert our calls from our landline to mobiles for when we are out and about as we cant always be in the office but obviously we have customers who need us so we want to be contactable at all times, the last thing I want is for them to have to leave a message all the time, that's not the service we like to provide.

 

Here's the issue, we have our phone line with EE (please don't judge, yes they are shocking but we get heavily discounted services) and they don't offer a call forwarding service which in this day and age isn't great. So what I was wondering is, is there any sort of device that will handle the call for me and forward it to another number?
