Sims error when opening reports

One of our office machines has started getting an error when running certain reports and from the look of the error it looks line a .net error but I can't seem to find the problem. Target Tracker which also uses .net framework is still working ok. The machine in question is running windows 10.

 

 

The report is 'Contact List with Daytime Telephone Number' under student.

Whenever we've had a problem with reports, it's been the date and time being set to US instead of UK standards, so I'd check that first.

I believe someone else reported on here that the latest crop of Office updates breaks SIMS reports.
