Autumn Census 2017 Error 2341

Hi All,

 

we are having trouble clearing a particular error in the dummy census report. The error is as follows: Error 2341 Postcode is missing or invalid for an off roll pupil for whom learning aims data are being submitted.

 

I've checked the postcode information and it's all fine for the students and their addresses are validated so i'm thinking that it must be something to do with the Learning Aims. If the student has left do we need to submit learning aims and if not how do we go about removing them for the students who have left?

for anyone who comes across this error, the fix is to change the start date for the address to be before the students leaving date.
