[sims] Guest Attendance

Hi, i need to be able to enter the attndance for Guest students, but i'm struggling to find a way. I ahve a group of students registed as guests. I ahve set up a separate class for them in the patoral structure. I i bring up the details of a student it will show me an attdence summary - each with no attendance. When i go to attendance these students and their class are not on the list. Any ideas gratefully recieved.

Guest students don't have AM/PM attendance by definition (they aren't on your roll)

 

They can be tracked via lesson monitor for timetabled periods however.

 

If you want a proxy for AM/PM just set up registration periods on the timetable and track those.
