SIMS Intouch E-mail BCC?

Hi everyone,

 

we've just gone live with SIMS and intouch and I was wondering if there was a way to setup the email part of intouch to BCC the emails it sends out? I thought this would happen by default but i've just sent a couple of test emails and it doesn't seem to hide the addresses. Any help much appreciated.
