Clevertouch Plus install app problem

I have a small(ish) problem, that I'm hoping someone might have seen and be able to help with.

 

I'm trying to install the Lightspeed Mobile Manager client onto a Clevertouch Plus screen, be sideloading it onto the Android software of the screen.

I have tried downloading it from Lightspeed's url and by using a USB stick and installing through the file finder app, but in both instances I get a message saying "It cann't support installation".

 

Out of curiosity I downloaded a software patch from Clevertouch, which should work on the screen, and got the exact same message.

 

Looking through several forums and doing a google search didn't throw any hints, so wondered if anyone has any ideas before I contact Clevertouch support?

There could be a number of reasons as to why an app is not working with our screens. I'm responsible for all Firmware, apps and software on the Clevertouch range so i will be able to help you out. Can you drop me a PM and we can take it from there?
