Can I just comment that a rolled up Yorkshire Pudding is better known as a pancake. It's the same batter recipe.

 

Anyhow filled with a roast it makes a very tasty lunch. Rolled up or otherwise. Not so good for gravy holding though

Being a farmers son I can tell you from bitter childhood experience while feeding the pigs with churns of milk from the local dairy that milk only fizzes when it's curdled and gone off...
