[sims] Automation of Behaviour/Achievement Reporting

Hi

 

We are rewriting our behaviour policy and system at my school. One of the things we want to do is to produce a system which automatically flags up students to form tutors when they hit a certain number of behaviour and achievement points. Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, how?

 

We would also like this to automate a letter when these flags are hit. Any help would be really appreciated.

You could make use of SIMS discover to create Discover groups which can message members of staff as the pupils hit certain points boundaries. It will also allow you to use the group for reports and homepage widgets.
