Go to the devices page, and find a machine it's deployed on.

Go to the deployments tab on the machine and it'll show everything that's deployed including package names and what collection it's being deployed as part of.

Or - Go to the software library, find the package/app and at the bottom of the software package are 3 tabs, summary/program/deployments, you'd want 3rd one

I think I got that sorted now but every time I log on I get activdriver 32bit trying to install and then crashing out how can I remove this from machines?

If it's still trying to deploy as part of the advertisement, it should stop once it's updated it's policies etc to realise it's been removed. How quickly depends on your refresh settings, or if you log in locally you could force it to refresh via ConfigMgr
