As ICT Support Technician, you will provide first line support and assistance to all users, monitor and maintain the ICT systems, as well as assist with installing new and upgraded ICT systems and ensuring the integrity of the School’s ICT system is maintained.

 

As the first point of contact for any IT issues, you will require excellent communication skills along with a strong technical understanding of ICT systems and proven experience of delivering customer focused ICT services.
