As ICT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the management, installation, maintenance, availability and integrity of the School’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring the ICT systems are developed in line with the school’s requirements for teaching and learning. You will manage a team of technical staff, and support and train staff in their use of ICT systems and ensure any incidents are managed and resolved accordingly. As a Junior ICT Technician, you will assist the Director of IT and the ICT team in delivering support to staff and the wider school.
