sharkster Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 (edited) hello, before i begin i just wana let you know that its been around 5 year since i have used microsoft access, so i am an absolute beginer. i have got the helpdesk program but their are a couple of tabs i would like to edit or create. 1. when you click on "summery of all jobs" it will only print out the job description, i would like it to also print out the additional comment aswell as i insert how i solved the problem. 2. i would like to create a button or know how, once you have closed a job you can go back and re-open it if need be, the only way i can go back to the job is "summery of all jobs" and that is only a print preveiw so i can't edit or re-open the job. if any help can be given i would really appreaciate it:D. if you need a copy of the help desk i am using i can e-mail this to you. thanks again:D Edited February 9, 2011 by ZeroHour
