Session Host 2016 - Cortana or Search Indexer issue

Hoping somebody else may be running a Server 2016 SH and have an idea here, just found one of ours running low on disk space and investigation has found the following directory absolutely running away (per user)

 

C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\ConstraintIndex

 

Basically it looks as if it is constantly (at least every minute) regenerating the app index/search terms and I've no idea why and it doesn't look like anybody else is having any similar problem out there.

 

Has anybody got a 2016 SH and having any similar problems?!

Did you ever figure this out? We're trying to pin this down in our Citrix environment. (Windows 10 LTSB and Windows Server 2016 - 14393)

Disable the indexing service?
