Cubase Elements 9 - ELicenser issue

Music have purchased Cubase Elements 9 and I am having a bit of a mare getting the ELicenser to connect to the internet to activate.

 

I've tried it on my machine with bypass filtering and still no joy

 

Any body activated this software through smoothwall?

I ended up using my phone as a hot spot and activating the Cubase 9 Pro dongles from a laptop. I am now having other issues with installing.

I added the details to smoothwall and had no joy, smoothwall remoted in and also added them to the bypass proxy settings within IE and it worked Edited November 28, 2017 by mdrabble
