OsTickets & Office 365

Struggling with this, i want to check an Office 365 email account for support emails and have OsTickets import them which should work just fine.

 

I'm adding the IMAP details to OsTickets (Details: outlook.office365.com, 993, SSL), no emails get imported and no errors are reported in the system log.

 

Anyone got this work with Office 365 before?

 

EDIT: i have the SMTP setup with Office 365 and that is working correctly.

Just switched to auto cron (it runs the page when browsing the site) and it worked, which means it isn't an issue with the settings but rather cron jobs are not running
