What is find odd is how did someone who works in IT not know how to do this and need to ask a computer shop?

Since completing my degree and starting work I have experienced people working in positions that they were unsuited/unqualified for on several occasions. That is as much detail as I can supply. Some of the individuals involved are still in post.

I haven't worked in IT that long compared to some but I have come across and worked with many that have just fallen lucky and they haven't got a clue what they are doing. We've taken people off the street and given them a job and they are still there earning more money that I do because they are yes people. Sorry but not surprised, I've seen it all and many other things over the last few years.
