Outlook network problems

I have not been able to resolve this issue.

I am facing the above problem when I open Outlook: Network problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Outlook.

Can anyone help me find the root cause of the issue.

Have you checked the basics? We kind of need some more information about your system? O365 or onsite exchange?

 

Can you ping your exchange server?

Can you can access OWA?

Firewall settings?

Regarding your issue with accessing your Outlook, that could have happened due to network permission. Try these steps:

 

• Use another computer to access your email from Outlook.
  
• Also try to access your email thru online.
  
• Contact the email provider to check if there is a privacy issue on their server.

Have you rebooted all your exchange servers? If not do it overnight and try again in the morning.

Try rebuilding Outlook profile.

 

Use Mail icon in control panel and create new profile.
