classroombookings Error

Hi All,

 

Im having issues setting up a classroombookings system. I have installed it, setup my administrator login and removed the install.php file.

 

When I try to log into it as the administrator, it tells me the username or password is incorrect.. even though it is correct!

I also have a few strange errors at the top ive not seen in any support log before...

 

Just hoping someone can help? I have tried re running the installer file. but still no!

Hi Charlie, classroombookings developer here!

 

Can you please check that the database actually got populated with tables, and in the users table, that there is an entry for the account you created on the install page?

 

Can you also let me know which PHP version the server is running?

Hi Craig,

 

As far as im aware the database has no Admin user in it as it wont let me log in, I dont do much Database work ill be honest with you!

 

Its running Version 5.3 on Windows Server 2012 r2. I also run our main website from the same server using WordPress and that works perfectly!

 

Today, I have tried to connect and all I get is the 404 Page Not found error. It is trying to connect to the http://address/index.php/install directory which doesnt exist obviously!
