[O365] Which Office 365 licenses to assign

I know this will probably be a silly questions but I have just been sorting our Office 365 licenses and I am unsure which ones to assign to the users, we appear to have 3 different student and staff licenses available. Some are limited to numbers of licenses and other are unlimited. The unlimited one appears to have everything, just using powershell but want to make sure I assign the correct licenses from the outset. It is the Education Plus... which are unlimited.

Assign 3 and 4.

 

These are 1 and 5, 2 and 6 in one license

We assign Edu Plus as they get all the bells and whistles, if they need it :-)
