Apple Configurator 2 - Invalid Profile configuration

Having a peculiar issue, after prepare and pushing the device name, profiles and wallpaper settings, when the device is ready, I click on English, United Kingdom, Wireless settings and it comes to apply configuration page, when I click on the apply configuration it says invalid profile. If I click back and skip profile configuration, it works. So what's the point of configuration profile? There is no error message as to why the profile configuration is invalid. I never had this issue with AC 1.7.x.

You probably have a payload ticked in the profile that has changed
